Thank you for choosing CrossBorderSale. We are committed to delivering your premium eyewear with precision, care, and efficiency. This policy outlines how we process and ship orders from our facility to your destination.
1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed and carefully prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after your payment is confirmed and, for prescription orders, after your prescription has been verified.
- Order Verification: For security and to ensure accuracy, all prescription orders undergo a verification check. Non-prescription orders may also be subject to verification. This process may extend the standard processing time by an additional 1–2 business days. If any issues arise, we will notify you promptly.
- Order Modifications or Cancellations: To modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at yingsongqingmaoyi@163.com. Changes or cancellations can only be accommodated before your order has entered the production or fulfillment stage.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates, options, and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Economy Shipping: Cost-effective delivery with an estimated transit time of 15–35 business days after your order has shipped (processing time not included).
- Express Shipping: Faster, tracked delivery with an estimated transit time of 7–20 business days after shipment (processing time not included). Available for most destinations.
- Please note: All delivery timelines are estimates provided by logistics carriers and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs processing, weather events, regional holidays, or local carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on the selected service, package dimensions and weight, and the destination country. We may occasionally offer promotional free or discounted shipping on select orders.
5. International Orders: Customs & Import Duties
- Important Notice: For all international shipments outside of Mainland China, the recipient is solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, Value-Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), brokerage fees, or other charges levied by the destination country’s authorities.
- These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to CrossBorderSale. We cannot predict or control these charges, as they are determined by your local customs policies. We declare the full commercial value of all shipments. Please contact your local customs office for more information on potential fees.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. For prescription orders, you will also receive a notification when your glasses have passed quality inspection and are packaged for shipment.
7. Delivery & Responsibility
- Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. CrossBorderSale is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address provided by the customer.
- Delivery Completion: Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Once the carrier marks the package as “Delivered,” our responsibility ends. We are not liable for loss or theft after a successful delivery. Please inspect the package upon receipt.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery attempts fail due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, refusal to pay import duties, or failure to collect the package from a local pickup point, additional fees for storage, reshipment, or return may be applied by the carrier. These are the customer’s responsibility.
8. Shipping Issues
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows no movement or updates for more than 20 business days (Standard) or 15 business days (Express) after the “Shipped” notification, please contact us for investigation.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email yingsongqingmaoyi@163.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product, lenses, and all packaging. We will guide you through the next steps as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
